A Tribute To Noel

Noel

December 25, 1990 - July 26, 2007

Noel was my brother's pet cockatiel. My aunt and uncle owned Noel's mom and dad who laid eggs one year. One of those eggs was laid on Christmas day. Noel was the only egg to hatch, and Dan became the proud owner of this beautiful bird. Noel really became a family pet, a family icon, a family member. He moved all over the country with us...California, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Virginia, Texas, and most recently, North Carolina. There are a lot of fond memories we'll always have of Noel: Pop Goes the Weasel, Pretty Bird, Waddle Bird Productions, the reason Dan stopped eating chicken. We loved that bird, and he will be missed.
