This is the Piazza Venezia. It was built in the 1500's as a monument to King Vittorio Emanuele. Just up the stairs is the tomb of the unknown soldier from WWI and is guarded around the clock.

The Pantheon. It is the most intact building of any ancient structure in the world.

The Trevi Fountain

We tried to take a picture in front of The Spanish Steps. The bad part about Rome is that they really harass tourists at all the famous sites. This guy was trying is best to get Jamie to hold the rose so that we would have to buy it. Around the corner is a McDonald's that the Travel Channel rated as the most unique Mickey D's in the world. Yes, of course, we ate there.
