Dale's Birthday!

So yeah, these pictures are a little bit late...okay, a month late, but here they are anyway! Dale's 26th birthday was on March 27th. Dale asked for a cookie cake instead of a cake, and he loves the icing on the cake, so I had them cover the whole thing with it:) We were planning on sharing this with others since it was so big, but we ended up eating the whole thing by ourselves.

Since I didn't know how to wrap Dale's present, the best I came up with was covering it with a comforter. I picked it up a week before Dale's birthday, and put it in the guest room. I told him I was working on a "project" in there, and that he wasn't allowd to go in.

Dale was very suprised to get a brand new lawn mower. It's a Toro self-paced, electric start, rear wheel drive, 6.5 hp, 22 in cutting deck, recycler mower...the most important thing to Dale is that it didn't have larger rear wheels and that it was red:) My dad said I should have just spray painted his old mower red and he wouldn't have known the difference...hehe.
The mower was a joint gift from both of our parents and myself.

He really liked his gift and couldn't wait to go "play" with it:)
